Nissan Malaysia has announced the "Open for Booking" for the All-New Nissan Teana. The New Teana's exterior is more ambitious, more sporty and more eye-catching compared to the previous one. The sleek stylish curves and advanced innovation have made the New Teana looked Premium, Dynamic, Fresh, High-Tech and High Quality.
The New Teana now comes with 3 different variants, which are 2.0XE, 2.0XL and 2.5XV.
Firstly, we look at the 2.5XV variant.
The New Teana is higher, longer and wider than the previous one. The 2.5XV variant is equipped with the all-new QR25DE Twin-CVTC, 4-Cylinders, 16 valves, In-Line engine together with the Next Generation Xtronic CVT gearbox provides the smooth and fuel economy driving during your journey.

All-New QR25DE Twin-CVTC Engine
2.0XL and 2.0XE variants are equipped with MR20DE CVTC, 4-Cylinders, 16 valves, In-Line engine together with the Next Generation Xtronic CVT gearbox.

According to Nissan (Singapore) Data, New Teana provides very nice fuel efficiency which is as shown:
2.5XV : 13.3 KM/L
2.0XL and 2.0XE : 13.5 KM/L
The 2.5XV variant comes with the 17" 215/55 Full Alloy Wheels, while 2.0XL and 2.0XE comes with 16" 215/60 Full Alloy Wheels. The headlamps for 2.5XV is Xenon Headlamps with Auto-Leveling and Washer.
2.0XL and 2.0XE are using the Halogen headlamps.

6 SRS Airbags have become the standard safety feature for all variant, followed after the New Sylphy 1.8L.
Others safety features such as ABS, EBD, BA, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) with Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Active Understeer Control (AUC) are also the compulsory safety features for the New Teana.
6 SRS Airbags
Let us focus on the new add-on safety features of the New Teana which are previously not available in the J32 Teana.
Hill Start Assist (HSA):
When starting on steep hills from a stop, HSA will help keep the car
from rolling backwards. It holds brake pressure for a few seconds,
allowing the driver enough time to switch from the brake pedal to the
accelerator.

AUC works by braking the inside wheels for better control through comers for a more confident feel behind the wheel.
